You are my silly, sweet, precious, spunky girl. I love you, so much more than my words can ever say. And I C A N N O T believe you are about to be two years old. Two, wow; in a week (time slow down!). Right now you are with your Daddy going to Montgomery to spend time with Todd, Winnie, and La-Line before they move to Oklahoma City. I am sitting at home with a stinking cracked tooth of all things.
This year has been so much fun. You have grown so much. You can walk and talk and play. And you have such a huge personality, I mean enormous. You go all out, all the time. You love with your whole being. You love to make people smile. You make people feel important and special. When you walk in a room or others walk into the room you are in, you smile so big and give them a huge, "Hello Ladies!!! Morning!" or "Hey kids!". And I love that you're so social and sweet. I hope you keep that characteristic, it can take you far in life. You are a unique and special individual. Something you're saying right now that cracks me up is: me "Lucy, you are a nut!" you "No, I a peanut!".
Looking back at your 2nd year, the overarching story line is your happiness. You are so filled with joy. Not to say that you don't have your moments, we all do. But you are such a happy child. One of the church members calls you "Smiley Baby". Everyone sees and feels your joy and can't help but be joyful in your presence. And you have such an adventurous spirit. You love to go on trips. We've been to the Bham Zoo countless times, Gardens (here, there, and everywhere), the State Capitol, science centers, numerous carousel rides, " 'Gomery", Lawley, and so many other places. You love to go on trips.
You have also discovered "The Girls". You dearly love "The Girls". They are the Disney Princesses, all of them. But your favorite girls are Rapunzel, Anna, and Elsa. We watch either "Punzel" or "Hozen" at least 5 times a week. And when we go to the store you always want to "girl shop" or find more "girl shoes". I'll tell you this about the "girl shoes", I had to get rid of them. They were Anna and Elsa plastic flip flops that hurt your toes when you wore them. The day you got them, we were at Ross and you found them and immediately sat down, took off your shoes, and promptly put them on. You didn't even know who they were then; you had not watched the movie! You just saw them, declared them "Girls" and we haven't looked back since. :)
La, I love you. You are such a ray of sunshine. I am so thankful that God made you our daughter. You are the perfect mix of spunk, sass, sweetness, independence, kindness, love, and beauty. I can't wait to see what this year holds for us!

April was an excellent month filled with more egg hunts, Easter Sunday, another birthday, a Zoo trip, and so much more. I got to play outside a lot this month too, I enjoy getting to play outside. Mama let me color outside, too! And you guys, you're not going to believe this but I stated tee-teeing in the potty! Mama noticed that I starting knowing when I tee-teed. So she and Tay-Tay decided that I just needed to start wearing panties and go with it. And I did, and I haven't looked back since. I had about a day of accidents and then I just got it. Everyone is so proud of me - I'm proud of me, too. When you start tee-teeing in the potty you get to wear panties and mine are off the chain. I have Hello Kitty, Elmo, and Princess panties and I keep them dry. All the cool kids keep their panties dry. But listen, the whole #2 in the potty in kind of intimidating, I mean goodness. I'm working on it, but it feels different.
So we had Easter Sunday and it was really amazing. Mama and Daddy are teaching me all about Jesus and He is amazing. You know He loves me, Mama says He loves me even more than she does?!?! What?!?! That must be an awful lot, because Mama really loves me. Anyway, Easter is when we celebrate Him coming back to life! Apparently He died on a cross for us, for our shins (whatever they are, it could be apart of my leg but I'm not real sure?), and then three days later He came back! That is so cool, He loves us so much. When Mama and I pray at night we always say how thankful we are for Him and His love, Mama says I'll learn more about all of it when I'm older. I can't wait. Easter Sunday morning Daddy, Andrew, and Bekah had to go and practice for the church service so Parker came over before I even woke up! She was playing in Mama and Daddy's bed and I joined her for laughs and snuggles! And guess what else you do on Easter?! Hide and find eggs that have money and candy inside. That was pretty fun, I like putting all my monies in my owl and Mr. Piggy at home.
I'll leave you guys with pictures now; I know I say this every month but I have truly enjoyed it. I love being here and making people smile. See you soon! :) Oh, you guys - I am almost TWO!!! What?!
